High Grange Devon

High Grange Devon is a fire cooking school and healing sanctuary holding many events throughout the year for guests to enjoy the open space and woodland on site.
My role was to plan and maintain the organic vegetable beds, herb garden, fruit trees and bushes and greenhouse, as well as designing other areas such as a perennial rainbow bed of strawberries, asparagus and rhubarb, woodland spuds with wild garlic, 3 sisters bank, and a secret sensory garden.
Off-site I was sowing all the seeds required for the season ahead, incorporating some speciality veg to make the schools dishes really pop!
